Eco-resort Caminho de Abrolhos - A hotel complex with 80 flats at first with all the comforts of a five-star hotel but located inside an ecological background, environment protection and eco-tourism (19 ha).
Celebrity Village – An exclusive area reserved to VIPs made by lots starting from 1000 sm integrated in the Eco Resort and therefore on the side of the Ecovila Caminho de Abrolhos.

Eco Shopping – Commercial centre with services useful for residents in the Ecovila and for guests of the Eco Resort.

Conference centre – Place for courses, workshops and experience exchanges that can gather experts in the field of ecology, sustainable development and life quality. (38,15 ha)

Reserved area to agriculture, with relax, study and medicinal herbs’ cultivation areas and areas for pisciculture with 6 equipped basins.

Characas – Area reserved to 30 building lots, each of 8000 sm surrounded by vegetation in a reforestation area. (39,25 ha)

RPPN – Private Reserve of Natural Estate: destined to protect the biodiversity of the rainforest (Mata Atlantica) of the Eco-park (87,50 ha)
