MixTer – The project

Before being a business MixTer is a project.
Its target is developing interconnected business between Italy and Brazil, in particular with the small town of Nova Viçosa which is located south of the state of Bahia.

The MixTer project offers in Italy, but not only, the possibility to purchase building lots and real estates in Brazil at very interesting prices by purchasing directly in Brazil.
In addition to this proposal and closely linked to the purchase of building sites, houses and real estates, MixTer attends Italian buyers for the completion of all administrative papers to work with top security.
We also provide management support to the future owners of houses that, not living in Brazil, want to be guaranteed about the management of their properties.
There will be a technical management during the building of  the houses and then a commercial management for the houses, which will be mainly based on renting them to local and non local tourists, so that all the investors can have a guaranteed and managed income bresides the possibility to speculate by reselling their properties.

Additional support investments in secondary commercial business are also foreseen.
Moreover there will be a contribution “to the welfare of Nova Viçosa” through a cooperation with the Ashonovi society (comparable to an Italian ONLUS) by arranging courses for young people targeted to let them approach and enter the working world.

MixTer aims to let Italians get as closer as possible to Brazil by suggesting stimulating ideas and topics. The economical aspect is no doubt stimulating and it is mainly on that that we play on.
By purchasing directly from the Brazilian company you can pay a building lot at the value of a motorbike and a house at the price of an average car!!!
