Why investing now

Our main proposal is to purchase building lots, with the possibility to build right away or later according to one’s own wishes, intuitions and possibilities. It is certainly clear that the value of a lot or of a good business increases depending from the entrance position. It will be higher if the availability on the market is low, that is it depends on what has already been done or sold. Investing now, negotiating directly with the Brazilian enterprise, starting even from one sole lot, with the possibility to resell in the future in Europe or to the emerging Brazilian middle class in an area expected to develop highly and very quickly in full respect of the environment and Nature, is a difficult opportunity to be found on the global property market that will give big satisfaction to those who will choose this kind of investment that certainly can have also speculative implications.
By now Caminho has had a selling success of over 50% of the offer in little more that 12 months. Not only has it reached a point of no return but many houses are already under construction. This means that the value of the lots are still low but that they will start to increase very shortly.
The same will happen to the value of the houses that will increase as soon as they will be finished, not only if used to stay by the owners but also if rented to tourists.

Therefore we are now about in the middle of the third stage, the selling of the lots. As a consequence the main increase (added value) has not taken place yet.

Obviously it is not necessary to be a skilled investor or an experienced speculator to understand the economic advantages that one can get from purchasing at this stage, if one would like to buy to enjoy the investment for ecological, tourist, investment or speculative interest.
